How to Report an Issue

If you receive mangoes that don't meet your expectations:

Full or partial refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Credit for future orders with a 10% bonus (valid for 1 year)

Important Notes

  • 48-hour window: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution
  • Organic ripening: Our mangoes arrive at the "ready to ripen" stage , some may need 1-3 days at room temperature
  • Seasonal availability: Replacement mangoes are subject to seasonal availability
  • Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled for full refund before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
